Yahweh’s Blessed New Soul! (Hello Dear Little Delaney!)

I am very happy, excited, and BLESSED to say that on the 11th of December, at 3:19 AM, the Creator gifted us a precious new baby; Delaney Sage Rose Combs!

The past 2 days have been pretty rough. On the 10th, Tory and Roger went to the hospital because Tory’s water had broken. Things didn’t go too bad then.

Until it was nighttime. Long story short, all of us (save Rog and Tory of course) had come home, since Tory had not progressed any. We all went to sleep; well, Dad and Kody and Rey had. I had put Rey to bed and was sleeping with her, but I only got like 1 hour of sleep. (Then got up at 2 AM and ate bread lol)…

Mama had left to go back to the hospital before 2Am, but I don’t remember exactly when. I was awake though, when Grandma came down, saying Ma had phone called her. Ma called because Dad needed to get to the hospital, right now.

Tory had to have an emergency C-section, which none of us expected. It was pretty scary, and we were all worried. But we were also all praying. Very hard.

Dad and I drove to the hospital, Grandma and Kody staying with Reyna. On the way there, we got the call from Mom; that Tory and the baby were alright, and little Laney had been born.

When we got there, Laney was in the NICU. She was so tiny! But she was moving and doing well!

Last night, was kinda rough, but we all got a little sleep! 😉 Life has been SO busy and chaotic, we’re all praying.

From yesterday and today/night, I’ll share some pictures! Dearie me, I don’t know if some of these are mine or Roger’s/Tory’s… I’ll try and say which are mine and not. I’m also gonna get some of my ‘baby’ photography up when I can. ♥ I have THEE sweetest tiny model! 😉

 

 

 

Tory and Laney are both doing well right now. 🙂 The surgery was really rough for Tory, so if you would, please keep her, the baby, and all of us, in your prayers. We would all deeply appreciate it. ♥ 🙂 But everyone is OK right now. We’re all sorta exhausted, but we’ll be OK haha. 😉

Laney is the cutest thing! Its been forever since I’ve held such a tiny baby! And she is the tiniest one yet! I didn’t really hold Reyna much, when she was born, either though, and Laney is so small! Teeny tiny! (AND VERY SOFT AND SHE LIES DOWN AND HER LIPS ARE SO TINY AND HER EYELASHES AND HER EYES ARE AMAZING)

That’s pretty much the only pics I have resource to right now. 🙂 The rest are on my camera, which (oh no!) is still at the hospital. 😉

Tory and Laney can come home tomorrow! 🙂 I’m gonna try and clean the house so it isn’t such a mess! 0-0 ;D But I am truly blessed to be an aunt to this baby, too. Lol, I am an aunt to four, huh? XD It is amazing, if not sorta stressful at times. ♥

I welcome little Dede (as I have nicknamed her, I dunno if anyone else calls her this, lol, she is Laney. 😉 I call her that too!) to this corner of the universe. It is very beautiful, among many other things which words cannot speak of, and above all, Yahweh made all of us. He gifted us with this life, and He will never leave us or forsake us. He is Love, and He will guide and protect us and love us, shall we turn to Him and praise Him for our countless blessings!

I have no idea what the future holds, whether it be tomorrow, or a year from now, or 10 years- but I know one thing. And this is it. And words can’t quite do it right, but that’s well, because it wouldn’t be right then.

Yahweh is my Creator, to Him I owe the praise. He blesses us all in so many ways. Little Dede, my lovely Laney, I don’t know what the universe has in the threads for you. But I do know that you are in the Hands of the Greatest Kind, the Savior. He shed His blood so that you and I, and every soul you shall see with your beautiful new eyes, can live this gift. I can’t say it won’t be difficult, or hurt, but whatever any of you feel; Ashton, Ember, Reyna, and Delaney, I am always here.

I am very excited and happy (and blessed!) to be an aunt to you four. I am proud of each of you, and little Delaney, I pray I can give you what you need to be yourself for God.

This world holds a lot. Already, though, I can tell each of you that it is full and bursting. Never be afraid to reach out with Yahweh, and through Him, that you may have peace, and love, and see things. So many are blind, but I see your eyes, and I know that God has you each to see.

Thank you LORD, for my baby niece Dede. And my nephew, Ashton. And my niece, Ember. And my niece, Reyna. And my Mama, and my Dad, and my sister Tory, and my brother Ryan, and my brother Kody, and my brother Roger, and my sister Rachel, and every person you have blessed me with.

Things could have gone wrong in that little hospital, Lord. But while I was praying, I knew somehow that You had everything in Your Hands, and that that was everything. Thank you.

I pray that each of y’all are well. Thank you so much for your prayers! 🙂 I’m going to go see what tonight holds, haha!
