EXCITING UPDATES

I have updates!

Exciting updates!

Or do I?

I DO! This is a ‘what’s going on in Angie’s life and how can she cram that into a fun post’ thing, mixed with important and fun updates! Sounds great, yes, friend?

— SIBLING NIGHT OUT!

Last night (Sunday), Tory, Kody, and I went to the movies to see Venom! It was way better than I anticipated and struck some inspiration for Biblical talk. We also dressed for the occasional — all black! — but Kody wore a black guy’s necklace, ha!

I gave Venom 4/5 stars and you can read my review (which doesn’t contain a content guide, since it is PG-13) here:Β VENOM REVIEW

— TRENCH IS OUT.

I bought it today (and stayed up till 12 AM when it first released, ha). It is so beautiful. My Dad listened to some of the songs with me and he really loved them. Twenty One Pilots has meant a great deal to me for over 3 years now and this album did not disappoint. I also will never be over the music video for My Blood.

— DRIVING.

And I’m still alive. Ha. My glasses have completely helped my eyes so it doesn’t give me a head ache to drive anymore.

— PACKING THINGS.

The update on our house situation is — we have not sold anything yet. But God is going to take care of us! We’re seeking God’s will and trying to be wise in the steps we take. Right now, that includes lots of packing and storage stuff. We’ll be living in 2 RVs and a school bus (which we’ll renovate!) until we move and are able to build another house.

— EDITINGΒ SEEK!

I have the world’s best betas, y’all. Seriously. My betas have offered helpful critique, kind words, grammar help, and reminded my characters cannot be in two places at once and only have two hands, haha! I kind of expected editing to be a nightmare, but compared to the alpha read, it really has not been as bad as I thought.

— SCHOOL.

I like school but let’s just leave it at I do not like having to draw the insides of a dissected worm.

— PLANS FOR JUMP.

I’m not doing NaNo this November because I’ll be finishing Seek for publishing. However, this November, I will try to be jotting down notes for JUMP’s revision. I have plans to submit JUMP to a publishing company and, in 2019, will be taking steps to accomplish that goal.

— AWAITING OKTOBERFEST.

It’s in one week and I LOVE THE OKTOBERFEST, Y’ALL. Funnel cakes, lots of books to browse through, junk, more junk, shiny things, happy people, silly people, weirdos, slushees, grass to sit in, trees turning golden — all of it and more in one stretch of road! It is fabulous.

— I AM OFFERING EDITORIAL SERVICES!

You heard me, friend! I’m now offering editorial services and consulting. You can take a look at the details on my new SERVICES page! I’m eager to work with fellow writers!

— EXCITING PROJECT WITH KELLYN ROTH!

In short, we’re putting together a business that offers affordable services to Indie authors! To find out MUCH more, check us out on Facebook! We’re in the works of getting our website up, so I’ll announce that when it happens. πŸ™‚

That’s all for now, y’all! God bless.

I want to see Venom because he’s a villain from Spider-man, who is AWESOME! πŸ˜„ Isn’t it made by Sony instead of Marvel this time?

Thanks! Btw, I have a question regarding WordPress tech stuff… mind if I ask you for help? xD When I click on a category (i.e. reviews) on my blog, it’ll take me to a page with all my posts in that category, which is what I want. However, I don’t want it to say “category: reviews”. I want it just to say reviews, like your categories do. Could you offer some help in that? Thanks Angela! πŸ˜€
