BLOG TOUR: THE THIEF, THE DAMSEL, AND THE DRAGON | INTRODUCTIONS

Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the blog tour launch of my novella The Thief, The Damsel, And The Dragon! This novella will be published and available for purchase through Amazon sometime during this blog tour (2nd-7th, Monday-Saturday).

I’m SO glad you could join us for the celebration! πŸ™‚ God has taken me a long way in my writing journey, and publishing this novella is a huge step. I’m honored to share the celebration with y’all, too! Each day I will share a themed post, and share the posts fof fellow bloggers who are participating that day. It’ll be epic! Grab your sweet iced tea (or lemonade!), kick of your shoes, and join us! Let’s get right to the intro post.

THE THIEF, THE DAMSEL, AND THE DRAGON

β€œ… the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.” ~ Psalms 91:13

Edward Prosner is going to steal from the small town mayor of Fall Springs, North Carolina. He’s got a flawless plan of action and is determined to return honor and justice to his father’s good name. The problem he faces? He needs a date for the mayor’s dinner party.

Lucy Levitt is a huge romantic at heart, but with her family’s ranch and her part-time job, she has no time for dating. She believes God will place her soulmate in her life when the time is right. When the new man in town asks her out, how can she say no?

The first date seems ordinary enough, but then they begin to realize that they can’t fight their dragons alone.

ABOUT ME

I could give you my official author bio, but y’all will read that on the other amazing posts, so I’ll post a few facts about myself here. Totally for your enjoyment. πŸ˜›

  1. I talk to myself a lot. My dog, Waylon, often stares at me like an idiot. I think he’d be proud to know his glares have inspired me to write a story from the POV of a dog, though.
  2. I don’t type normal. Ya know how you have both hands on the keyboard, using all your fingers, in the right position? Yeah. I don’t do that. I used to be able to. But now, I type using… well, two fingers. I am still a VERY fast typist. I can even video myself typing to show y’all I don’t look like some Granny at my keyboard. πŸ˜›
  3. I am more freaked out by frogs than I am snakes. Yeah, you heard me right. And I’ve literally been within striking distance of a coiled up, nasty timber rattler. I wasn’t too freaked out then. But when the toads jump around the yard and I nearly step on them? I scream, y’all.

Aye, folks, there is a giveaway! First place winner will receive a signed paperback copy of The Thief, The Damsel, And The Dragon. Second place winner will receive a free ebook copy. MUSIC!

Before we wrap up today’s post, I wanted to share some fun! I almost always write with music (I live with a busy family — and a loud one. Without music, I couldn’t focus, ha!). So, I made a mini (I have more songs, lol) Spotify playlist that I thought fit TT,TD,TD so y’all can enjoy it during the tour! πŸ˜‰

For KING & COUNTRY is my favorite band of all time!! Their message is so great and they’re really talented! And a friend introduced me to NF not long ago and I’ve just listened to a few of his songs.

YES!!!! I’ve ALREADY PREORDERED IT!! I love them so much. What’s your favorite song by them? Mine is joy or shoulders.

          2. Angela R. Watts says:

Joy is so sweet! Ahh! And my favorite… Without You is very incredible to me, it got me through the death of one of our horses — it was like God just put that song in my heart the day we were fighting for her… So I just sang it over and over.
Proof of Your Love is epic, too! They all are great. xD

          3. Grace says:

Wow! I’m so glad God used that song in your life. The Proof of your love is definitely one of my favorites too.
God really used Shoulders during a time when I thought I wasn’t going to make it. My dad was diagnosed with a serious disability that hurt me so badly I felt as though I didn’t want to keep living anymore. But God used Shoulders to show me that I can come to Him and lay everything down on His shoulders. I knew then that He was taking care of me.

          4. Angela R. Watts says:

That is incredible! β™₯ Isn’t it epic how music can show such LOVE and make us see the Lord for how He truly is? I am so glad to hear that this song helped you.

          5. Grace says:

for KING & COUNTRY says, β€œmusic has power but if you merge it with the ultimate power of the gospel it not only has power to impact peoples day but transforms their life for eternity.” And God can use music to really change your life.

Great post, Andrea! I didn’t know you typed like that, and I definitely want a video!! I’m just a boring ol’ traditional typer.

Haha, understandable. I’ve had it too ingrained in my head – and I don’t know if I’d be able to figure out typing with two fingers!
