First Day With A Round Pen

We got out our first round pen today! 🙂

We had woken up fairly early because Papa had come home this morning from his One Day Spine Surgery. He’s doing good, and the hospital time went smooth. (We went there all day yesterday! Hospitals are really neat, even if I don’t particularly like the rest… Ahem nevermind xD) And we went to floor 6, and the view from the windows were amazing (I forgot my camera -_-), but I got kinda dizzy. XD It was even prettier at night!

I ate so many mini Chips Ahoy from the vending machines, man… XD

ANYWAY; but today Papa is home. And we had also expected someone to come and look at Maddy, because she isn’t fitting here, so we’re selling her, but the people canceled…

So instead, we spent the entire day outside! 😀

Roger worked Comanche, Gracie, Rocky, and Baby in the round pen today.

Everyone did extremely well! They all had some ‘ah!’ moments (lol), but all caught on very quickly, and no one was hurt. 🙂 I’ll add the butt load of photos I got, hehe! 😉

This was Comanche first time ever in a round pen! He did wonderful! And Gracie and Rocky did very well! 🙂 And this time was the first time Baby was put under saddle and didn’t crow hop at all! 😀

Welp, I am catching up on pictures and Triple S! ;D I know, I know- the page itself is a work in progress, lol, but again; the FB page has it all step by step! 😉 I’m the photo gal, hehe.

But I am also working on my ‘about me’ page so… *blushing as I hide under my table**actually doesn’t hide under the table cuz that requires effort**and my knees hurt from standing all day haha*

Anyway! 😉 Yep, ‘The Peculiar Messenger’ page IS updated! 😀 *gently shuffles you over to that haha* And SSS has its own category, at least. 😉

Right now, we’re trying to get grants and insurance and stuff for our place. We’re making plans about building stuff as well. The round pen is a huge step! 😀 Now we can work with all the horses we get!

Thank y’all so much! 😀 ♥

God bless.
