Through New Eyes

Today has been a very wonderful adventure!

First thing to start, my Dad shot a buck! A seven pointer. 😀 😀 We are all so happy, he’s a great hunter!

 

So, Dad, Roger, and Kody skinned, bled, and cleaned the deer! 🙂 I’d like to say I helped, but yeahhhhh… I didn’t. XD It smelt pretty bad and I went outside with Ma and Rey instead.

 

Why did I go outside so much today? Well, GUESS WHAT?! XD

OK, so, last night (oh goodnes y’all 4:00 PM-8:something PM) we went to a horse auction. We got a ton of tack! And then they rolled out some horses. A few were pretty, there was an evil lookin’ mini pony (is there such thing as a non-devilspawn mini pony? Nah.), and some donkeys… And then before I knew it, Dad and Roger both were bidding! Dearie me, I couldn’t see the horse in the ring, so I was staring at Dad and trying to figure out what happened. XD

We have a new lovely horse!

I also didn’t see him last night, when it was FREEZING cold (it was so fun to all get bundled up as a friend of Roger’s brought our new horse home!), but today we did!

Kody picked the name Snickers! Snickers is a 2 year old gelding.

Today was amazing! Its very chilly (I say cold… XD) but we did have fun! Overall; Dad, Rog, Kody, and I went and moved our deer stands to some better places. Dad, Roger, and Kody went hunting again, too! 🙂 We had venison, cooked by my Dad and Kody (it was DELICIOUS!!!), and it was a beautiful day!

I went outside too, with my camera, because its been a while since I took any photos, and I wanted to see the horses before I did house chores. 🙂

The Creator is the Creator of the Highest Design and Love and Beauty- I see it when I walk outside. The sun was a warm, gold color, blending into all it touched, and the chilly air made me grateful for my warm gloves, and the whole feel just made me take in the autumn feel. Though most of the trees have already lost all their leaves, it is still beautiful in its own way. No beautiful has to be matched to another with Yahweh’s World, because it is all Good in His Eye, and when I see how amazing and breathtaking it all is, by itself and with others things- I feel His love.

Thanksgiving is coming around the corner. I am so excited for the food, who’s not?! 😀 But everything I love, everything I’m thankful for- all comes from God. He has blessed me, so so- words cannot fathom or begin to begin His blessings- ever! I can’t make a list, because it all is beloved because the LORD loves me, and I don’t deserve it, but He does. He has given me so much, my family, our land, a home- most ultimately and God given- LOVE.

Love. The Creator has given me love. I cannot begin here either, but I can say that I pray that I give thanks more than once a year on a food day. Because Yahweh wants that from me. ♥

So, with a peaceful, excited, blessed heart, I share my favorite photos Yahweh gave me today! I was taking some photos today, winding down to go inside, and was talking to Rosie… I have a real love for photography, but have had something more for it… No words could quite do it… And today, I felt the words come and it hit me.

I am not taking these photos. Yahweh is. The Creator is letting me take these photos, and to me, photography is like Yahweh letting me see His Beauty, His Works, His love, through HIS eyes. Through awestruck eyes. I am blessed to have this experience right along with the LORD, because sometimes, when taking certain pictures, I feel Yahweh with me and in the lens and in my heart. And photography is that.
